Common Questions
What is your turnaround time?
Pictures are generally edited within three days of the photography session, and videos may take up to five days to edit. We will try to accommodate rush jobs when possible; please inform your photographer if you are needing your photos sooner.
Can you resize my pictures?
Yes! AB Photo will not only send you full-sized images that are perfect for social media and print use, but you will also receive images that are resized (as close as possible) according to your MLS provider's guidelines. Please notify your photographer of any specific requirements.
How will I receive my pictures?
You will receive a link to your edited pictures and videos via email to a folder in Microsoft OneDrive. All of the photos and videos are professionally edited and can be downloaded and shared with ease. We strive to make the process of sharing your photos and videos as simple and convenient as possible.
Are you a certified Drone Pilot?
Yes! AB Photo holds an FAA Part-107 remote pilot certificate. We currently utilize an FAA-registered DJI Air 2s that not only proves to be a great photography and videography tool but also features top-level safety.
Do I have to use an FAA Drone Certified Pilot?
For realtors who want to use drones for capturing aerial footage of their properties, using an FAA Part-107 certified drone pilot is not only a legal requirement but also helps ensure that the drone is operated safely and responsibly. This can provide peace of mind to both the realtor and the property owner, knowing that the drone pilot has the necessary training and expertise to operate the drone safely and efficiently.
